    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use traveling wind for electric power generation since the traveling wind is generated in a direction opposed to a vehicle direction when a vehicle or the like is moved, and the traveling wind becomes the resistance of the vehicle and causes deterioration of fuel economy; however, the traveling wind is relatively inevitably generated when the vehicle is moved, although in a wind turbine generator fixedly installed on the ground, electricity is not generated in a windless state. SOLUTION: This wind turbine generator generates electricity by rotating an impeller by the traveling wind relatively generated when the vehicle or the like is moved. The impeller is attached with a plurality of blades formed on a cylindrical outer surface so as to become parallel to the axial center direction thereof.
