The impeller is attached with a plurality of blades formed on a cylindrical outer surface so as to become parallel to the axial center direction thereof. The Eclipta prostrata L. is a herbal medicine used for a long time, and effective for antipyresis, detoxification, hematocatharsis, diuresis, etc.

The animal excrement is directly received by providing an excrement stain preventing folded part 12 on the attaching tool for the receiving port of the plastic bag. The moving mechanism enables the adjustment of the attaching tool size to the size of a commercially available plastic bag to facilitate the holding of the excrement.
