SOLUTION: This container has: a bottom wall 2; a leg 3 as required; a cylindrical wall 4 having its lower end edge of the bottom wall 2 connected to the outer circumferential end edge of the bottom wall 2 and also having a cylindrical formed portion; a flange 5 having its inner circumferential edge connected to the upper end edge of the cylindrical wall 4 and protruded substantially in a horizontal outward direction; and a label 6 embedded into the outer circumferential part of the cylindrical wall 4 in such a way that its outer circumferential surface does not have any step against the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical wall. Since a negative voltage from the floating gate 8 does not degrade the transistor characteristics, e.g., the mobility, a field-effect transistor having a high on current and a low off current for 10 years or longer is obtained.
