    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a medical flexible tube which has a low wire operation friction and prevents locking at the time of deflection. SOLUTION: A wire bore is molded integrally with an inner layer at a preliminary extrusion time, or the inner layer is preliminarily extruded and two spaghetti tubes each equipped with the wire bore on a mandrel are laid in the axial line direction along the outer face of the inner layer separated by 180°. A cylindrical wire knitting body for supplying a deflection wire 40 into the wire bore is knitted, or covers the inner layer (and also the spaghetti tubes in the case the spaghetti tubes are disposed), and is tightened. The constituent elements are surrounded by an outer layer made of a polymer. A heat-shrinkable tube is arranged in the outer layer. A pressurized fluid is poured into respective wire bores, and the inner diameter of each wire bore is maintained to the diameter larger than the diameter of the deflection wire to be received by each of these wire bores.
