    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent temperature responsive characteristic by providing a temperature responding means which produces a differential voltage output having a functional relation with the ambient temperature, an amplifier means and a gain control means for the amplifier means which responds to the fluctuation of the ambient temperature. SOLUTION: A temperature responding sensor 10 comprises a temperature responding means, an amplifier means 18 which is connected to the means 14 and amplifies the differential output and a means 22 which regulates the gain of the means 18 and produces an electric signal representing the ambient temperature. The means 14 includes a first arm 26 which produces a first reference voltage having a functional relation with the temperature and a second arm which produces a second reference voltage and outputs a differential voltage between nodes 30 and 38. The means 18 receives the reference voltage produced at the node 30 and the differential voltage produced at the node 38 and has a gain which is selectively determined on the basis of an element connected to an operational amplifier 50. The means 22, which is combination of a feedback resistance Rf and the resistances R1 and R2 of the arm 26, regulates the gain of the amplifier 50.

    • PURPOSE: To improve a function by amplifying differential voltage output from a sensing bridge functionally related to stimulation and outputting the amplified signal. CONSTITUTION: A transducer comprises a sensing bridge 12 provided with resistive arms 14, 16, 18, 20, and the arm 14 (16) is provided with a piezoelectric resistive element 22 (28). A fixed resistive element 34 (36) of the arm 18 (20) connects contact points 26, 32 (24, 30), which are respectively connected to the earth 33, a power source voltage Vcc , and operational amplifiers 42, 54. The bridge 12, the amplifier 54, a feedback resistor RF and the like are formed on the same base board so as to be placed inside a pressure system to be measured. In this process, a resistance value of the element 28 is increased when a pressure to the bridge 12 is increased, so that a voltage in the contact point 30 is also increased. On the other hand, a voltage in the contact point 25 is reduced when a resistance value of the element 22 is increased, and a voltage in the contact point 46 is reduced. A voltage difference between the contact points 30, 46, in other words, a differential voltage output of the bridge 12 is amplified by means of the amplifier 54 so as to be outputted as an output signal of a transducer.
