摘要： There is provided a curable composition comprising: a) fluoropolyethers having a molecular weight of from about 400 g/mole up to about 20,000 g/mole and containing moieties selected from (—(CF2)4O—), (—(CF2)2O—), (—CF2O—) or combinations thereof and further containing at least one nitrile group at a terminal position or at a position that is adjacent to the terminal position; and b) one or more curing agents selected from non-fluorinated compounds containing one or more functional group linked to a common residue, said residue containing at least three carbon atoms wherein the functional groups are selected from primary amines, secondary amines and functional groups that generate primary or secondary amines upon heat treatment, wherein the composition can be cured by generating groups having a triazine structure. Also provided are cured composition, methods of making cured compositions, articles made by curing the cured compositions and methods of making articles using the curable composition.

摘要： Foamable compositions are provided that include at least one blowing agent, at least one foamable polymer or a precursor composition thereof, and a nucleating agent. The nucleating agent includes a fluorinated oxirane which, in some embodiments, can have up to a maximum of three hydrogen atoms. The fluorinated oxiranes can have a total of from about 2 to about 12 carbon atoms. Also provided is a process for preparing a polymeric foam and a composition that includes a blowing agent and a nucleating agent comprising a fluorinated oxirane.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a degradable material comprising (a) from about 60 weight percent to about 97 weight percent of a first material based on the total weight of the degradable material, and (b) from about 3 weight percent to about 40 weight percent of a second material based on the total weight of the degradable material, where the second material is an oligomer comprising lactate and giycolate. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a degradable material comprising (a) poly lactic acid, and (b) an oligomer comprising lactate and giycolate, wherein the degradable material has a Tg less than 56° C. In still another aspect, the present disclosure provides a degradable material comprising (a) poly lactic acid, and (b) an oligomer comprising lactate and giycolate, wherein the degradable material has a tan delta peak of less than 65° C. It has been surprisingly found that the degradable materials according to the present disclosure provide physical properties that are not inherent to poly lactic acid alone. It has also been surprisingly found that the degradable materials disclosed herein provide improvements with respect to the processability, production costs, flexibility and ductility without decreasing their degradability.

摘要： A method of making a fluoropolyether elastomer containing triazine groups and having a glass transition temperature of less than −40° C., including providing (i) one or more saturated fluoropolyethers containing repeating moieties selected from (—C4F8O—), (—C3F6O—), (—C2F4O—), (—CF2O—) and combinations thereof and further containing at least one functional group at a terminal carbon atom of the backbone chain, or of a side chain if present, wherein the terminal carbon atom may be a primary or secondary carbon atom and wherein the functional group is capable of reacting with a functional group of the fluorinated compound according to (ii) below to form a triazine ring, (ii) one or more fluorinated compound containing at least one perfluorinated alkyl or perfluorinated alkylene moiety wherein the carbon atoms of the perfluorinated alkyl or alkylene moiety may be interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms and wherein the fluorinated compound further contains at least one functional group capable of reacting with the functional group of the one or more fluoropolyethers to form a triazine; curing the components according to (i) and (ii) to form triazines. Further provided are cured compositions, articles comprising the cured compositions and methods of making articles.

摘要： Method comprising contacting a hydrocarbon-bearing formation with a composition comprising solvent and a fluoropolyether compound. The fluoropolyether compound: is represented by formula Rf—[C(0)—NR1—X′—(Z)m]n; or comprises at least one first divalent unit represented by formula (I) and, at least one of, a second divalent unit comprising a pendant Z group; or a monovalent unit comprising a thioether linkage and at least one terminal Z group. Each Rf is independently a fluoropolyether group. Rf is a monovalent or divalent fluoropolyether group, and each Z group is independently —P(O)(OY)2 or —O—P(O)(OY)2. Hydrocarbon-bearing formations treated according to this method are also disclosed.
