摘要： A conventional operating system folder or directory based file system is implemented with, or enhanced to provide, attributes of shared collaborative workspaces. In particular, the conventional file system is connected to either a server based or a distributed collaboration system and the user interface of the operating system file system is augmented to allow it to control aspects of the collaboration system. Each folder or directory can be synchronized and treated as a “workspace” that can be viewed and shared with other users or groups of users. Folder can also be provided with “awareness” information that indicates collaborators that are present and those that are sharing the workspace.

摘要： A combination lamp and volatile dispenser provides light and dispenses a volatile material such as an insecticide from a burnable coil. There is a burn vessel, a flame source and a chimney. The burn vessel houses the coil, has openings allowing air to pass through the burn vessel, and supports the chimney and flame source. The arrangement allows volatiles released from the burning coil in the vessel to be drawn to the outside air through the chimney. A kit for replacing the candle and coil consumed during use is also disclosed, as are methods of use of such lamps.

摘要： Therapy patches are disclosed which are designed to deliver vibration and heat (or cold) to human skin so as to provide muscle relief. These patches have a chemical pouch that generates heat or cold upon initiation. They also have a motor and battery to provide a vibration source. Forms of the invention have an adhesive so that the patch can be attached to the skin (and thus need not be manually held in place during use). Kits are also provided in which the motor and battery can be used with a string of linked, severable replacement pouches. Methods of using these patches are also disclosed.

摘要： A consumer-oriented commerce facilitation (COCF) server provides a service that enables a provider to establish a provider profile and enables a consumer to establish a consumer profile. The service accesses a provider profile database and a consumer profile and provides a COCF client application that enables the consumer to maintain: preferred provider information, consumer list information indicating products associated with the consumer, payment account information indicating sources of payment for a purchase transaction, and community information identifying members of a consumer community members. The application enables a consumer to access a preferred provider user interface (UI) that provides links to storefront UIs. The UI enables the consumer to browse and purchase products offered by the provider. The application also enables a consumer to share selectable portions of the consumer profile with selected preferred providers and share a selectable portion of the consumer profile with a consumer selected subset of the consumer community.
