摘要： The present invention relates to a method that comprises loading a base raw material with recycled water so as to form a pulp, and separating the largest fraction from said pulp. The remaining part of the raw material is classified and fractionated before treating all fractions using water in a hydro-dynamic mixing mode. This hydro-dynamic mixing mode can be achieved by applying low-frequency pulses with a power of between 0.20 and 1.00 kW/h for one ton of the raw material, and by controlling the pulse intensity. The device of the present invention comprises a single body which is made of two portions coupled together and includes the following members: a separator for separating the largest fraction which is made in the shape of an inclined spiral array; a classifier for fractionating the soil which is made in the shape of a column; a washing unit that uses pure water and is made in the shape of a vertical tube; and a recovery unit for recovering the fraction particles for washing, wherein said unit is mounted between the loading system and the washing unit. This device also includes a pulse conductor as well as pulse chambers which are connected to the washing unit and to the lower part of the body.

摘要： The flexible sheathing of a cable or the like, designated as a "core" (21), consists of a plurality of bands (1-4) which cover the core as spirals and which are partially interlaced with strands (5, 6) consisting of wires. The bands (1-4) are spatially oriented and fixed to the surface of the core (21) in such a way that there are no gaps in the sheathing in the radial direction. In comparison with known constructions of flexible metallic coverings, the sheathing according to the invention has a smaller thickness and lower weight along with identical flexibility and identical electrical properties. The sheathing can be used as electromagnetic shielding and mechanical reinforcement of the core. For producing the sheathing, there is proposed an apparatus which constitutes a further development of the apparatus according to German Patent Application P 4132022.0.

摘要： A method has been devised for mixing a heterogeneous medium by creating a swirling flow and by superimposing periodical mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are imparted to the heterogeneous medium by two adoining vibratory sources in antiphase with an amplitude of 0.5 to 10 mm. - The appts. comprises a tank, has an inlet and an outlet for the phases. A rod and a coaxial hollow rod carrying stirring discs in the interior. An electromagnetic vibrator comprises two coils with armatures. The coils are mounted on a common base plate and the armatures are fixed to mounting plates, separated by springs. Any gas is extracted through the pipe.

摘要： Method according to the present invention for mixing of a heterogeneous medium is characterized by the fact that the medium is turbulized and periodic mechanical oscillations are superimposed on it with an amplitude 0.5- 10 mm in counterphase with each other by means of two adjacent sources. The arrangement for performing this method includes a housing 1, which is provided with tube pieces 2, 3 for respective feeding of the phases and with a vessel 4 that contains at least two piston rods 5, 6 with a mixing element. Housing 1 supports an electromagnetic vibrator that is equipped with at least two coils 10, 11 with armatures 12, 13, which is connected to piston rods 5, 6 and intended to move 5, 6 in the opposite direction along the longitudinal axis of housing 1. Coils 10, 11 are arranged axially to each other on a common foundation 14 on its opposite sides and are electrically coupled in phase to each other.

The position of the eccentric bobbin is determined, and the intermediate store is operated according to the shift in the position of the eccentric bobbin, so that the material is drawn continuously and evenly from the eccentric bobbin. USE/ADVANTAGE - The method is used for covering cable material with an insulation or armouring with a tubular and braided shrouding. The operation increases mfg. speeds and reduces production costs.
