    • A covering core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to firmly perform the binding of the covering core comprising a support frame and a tape without using the adhesive. A support frame(10) is integrally formed by a drawing work. A tape(20) encapsulates from a side to the other side of the support frame and is adhered with the support frame by melting. A sewing portion(30) is formed at the adhesion surface of the tape. The tape is melted by the ultrasonic melting manner and includes an embossing(40) formed at the melting process. The embossing is formed only on the outside tape of the support frame with the sewing portion as a margin. The support frame is a band shape with the predetermined thickness and width and drawn longitudinally. The support frame is also drawn by means of the synthetic resin in order to have the full strength and thickness for maintaining the formation.
