    • A sensor-based quantification and analysis system and method are disclosed. The system comprises an input device, means for selecting and an output device. The input device includes a plurality of means for generating an input based on a force, and means for transmitting force information based on the input. The output device receives the force information. The means for selecting selects one of a plurality of levels of a likelihood of tissue damage based on a number of inputs within a predetermined time period indicating that a pressure threshold has been exceeded, for each of the plurality of means for generating an input. Each of the plurality of levels of the likelihood of tissue damage corresponding to a threshold percentage of inputs within the predetermined time period indicating that the pressure threshold has been exceeded. The output device includes display means that present or log the one of the plurality of levels of the likelihood of tissue damage for each of the plurality of means for generating. The means that generate an input comprise a plurality of sensors, and the means that that transmit force information based on the input comprise transmission means. Also disclosed is a sensor-based quantification and analysis system, comprising a shoe and an output device. The shoe includes a plurality of pressure sensors that sense a pressure, and a transmission device that wirelessly transmits force information based on the pressures. The output device that receives the force information and visually displays data based on the force information. A processing unit processes the force information to select one of a plurality of levels of a likelihood of tissue damage based on a number of inputs of the force information within a predetermined time period indicating that a pressure threshold has been exceeded, each of the plurality of levels of the likelihood of tissue damage corresponding to a threshold percentage of inputs within the predetermined time period indicating that the pressure threshold has been exceeded to produce the displayed data.
