摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicament for protection against thrombotic diseases comprising an active ingredient inducing irreversible inactivation or degradation of a collagen receptor on thrombocytes. SOLUTION: An antibody, especially humanized monoclonal antibody JAQ1 is the preferable active ingredient. Furthermore, a diagnostic agent for determining the expression rate of glycoprotein(GP) VI which is the collagen receptor and containing a labeled monoclonal or polyclonal antibody directed against the GPVI epitope, preferably defined as JAQ1 is provided.
