The fixing clip is assembled in a body with the interior part via a headlining (220) by a screw (240) and is fixed to a mounting bracket (250) provided in a vehicle body. The fixing clip includes a bottom part (110) provided with a screw hole (111) through which the screw is fastened and being in close contact with an upper surface of the interior part, a pair of body parts (120) extending and being bent upwardly from both ends of the bottom part to face each other, and a pair of coupling parts (130) extending and being bent outwardly and downwardly from upper ends of the body parts and being inserted into clip insertion holes provided on the mounting bracket. In the method, a first fiber and a second fiber are bonded to each other and molded at the same time, so that a working process and a process cycle are simplified, thereby improving production speed and reducing investment for equipment and facility. The method includes (a) preparing a first fiber and a second fiber, (b) providing an adhesive member between the first fiber and the second fiber and placing an aggregate of the first fiber, adhesive member, and the second fiber in a molding machine, and (c) pressing an upper mold and a lower mold of the molding machine so that the first fiber and the second fiber are bonded and molded into a molded body.
