摘要： The manipulator allows a thrust to be exerted between a forming beam (1) and an opposing surface (2) of a damaged container so that the walls can be straightened. The tool is moved with the aid of a parallel linkage (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) between the tool carrier (5) and a hydraulic actuating cylinder (24, 25) carried on a frame (3). The manipulator can be moved inside the container on wheels (40) and has supporting struts (42, 54) which are automatically positioned to brace it against the applied thrust. Various tool configurations and types of tooling applications are possible. USE/ADVANTAGE - Compact design of manipulator combined with large reach of tool.

摘要： At the jib free end is firmly coupled a stator (11), while a rotor (13) pivots w.r.t. the stator and is firmly coupled to the carrier module (8). The rotor pivots about a vertical axis. A container is releasably fastenable to the carrier module underside. Between the stator and rotor are fitted several hydraulic rams (14,16), interconnected by an articulated joint (23). Pref. the latter has a joint axis parallel to the rotation axis (7). The joint is typically guided on a circular path in a plane orthogonal to the rotation axis during the rotor pivoting. ADVANTAGE - Low failure tendency of the pivotal drive, but with a facility for a large pivoting range.

摘要： A container has a load-receiving base surface which is adjoined by in each case two side walls and end walls which run in a plane-parallel manner with respect to one another. The walls enclose an interior space, which receives the load, and are connected to one another by a roof surface which closes off the interior space. At least one of the two side walls is connected releasably to the base surface and the end walls and is fastened on at least part of the roof surface. At least one of the two end walls is mounted such that it can be displaced, together with the roof surface, in the longitudinal direction of the base surface, beyond at least one of the end walls. The roof surface is fixedly connected to at least one of the two side walls. The roof surface is subdivided into two parts and in each case one of the two parts is fixedly connected to one side wall in each case. A seal is provided between the parts.

摘要： A container has a base surface which receives a load and adjoining which there are in each case two side and end walls running plane-parallel to one another. The side and end walls surround an interior which receives the load. They are connected to one another by a covering surface which terminates the interior. In order that the container can be loaded in a simple and inexpensive manner with any type of product whose dimensions allow loading in a container, at least one of the two side walls is connected releasably to the base surface and the end walls. It is attached to at least one part of the covering surface and, together with the covering surface, is mounted so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the base surface beyond at least one of the end walls. In order to be able to load the container with products from above over its entire length and width, the covering surface can be firmly connected to one of the two side walls. In order to be able to prepare the container very quickly for loading and in order to achieve a relatively lightweight construction of the container, the covering surface can be subdivided into two parts and in each case one of the two parts can be firmly connected in each case to a side wall.
