    • A physical interaction device includes a controller (110) and one or more arms (102), such as a first arm (102) and a second arm (101). The first arm (102) is movably connected with a first support (104). The first arm includes a first flexible portion sized to physically interact with a first limb portion of a user of the device. The second arm (101) is movably connected with a second support (105). The second arm (101) includes a second flexible portion sized to physically interact with the first limb portion of the user and/or a second limb portion of the user. The controller (110) is linkable with the first arm (102), the second arm (101) and the pitch adjuster (402). The controller (110) is configured to adjust the angle of the first arm (102) and the second arm (101). The controller (110) is configured to selectively cause a first movement of the first flexible portion of the first arm (102). The controller (110) is configured to selectively cause a second movement of the second flexible portion of the second arm (101). The first movement of the first flexible portion of the first arm (102) serves to contact the first flexible portion of the first arm (102) with the user to physically imitate a first human strike toward the user. The second movement of the second flexible portion of the second arm (101) serves to contact the second flexible portion of the second arm (101) with the user to physically imitate a second human strike toward the user.

    • An emergency warning traffic sign comprises a conventional stop sign which has been divided vertically in the middle into two sheet portions carrying portions of the message on one face of each of the sheet portions. The sheet portions are connected by a hinge such that a first of the portions may be mounted to a traffic signal post and the second sheet portion may be rotated between a first position in which the message is obscured to a second open message position. A locking bar is attached to the first sheet portion and is pivotally movable across the back of the sign and within its perimeter to lock the sign in both its open and closed positions. In a second embodiment of the invention, another sign carrying a different message is also divided vertically into a third and forth sheet portions and these sheet portions are hingedly connected to each other. The third sheet portion is stationarily mounted to the back of the second sheet portion such that the second sign with its message may be displayed when the first sign is folded and vice versa.

    • The application provides methods for the provision of transportation services. In particular a method of transport reservation comprises providing an internet based transportation reservation system, the system being in email communication with plural independent travel service providers. A customer interacts with the system to reserve a transportation service, and receives a transportation service in accordance with the reservation provided by the system. A method of providing travel reservations includes validating customer information from a customer, receiving confirmation from transportation service provider dispatchers and digitally transmitting reservation information to a driver who works for the transportation service provider. A method of providing transportation services includes receiving a notification from a plurality of independent transportation service providers regarding transportation availability and locking out all other transportation service providers from viewing and accepting the reservation order to eliminate double booking. The methods may provide airline patrons with a car service reservation system which facilitates car services and an efficient pricing system for customers on a flat fee, non-metered basis. The ground transportation service provider system allows patrons to rate the transportation service they receive upon arrival to final destination.
