In the filter, a setting device 8 that is manually or through data entry controlled is connected to the decision device 4 so as to change the mixing property of a mixer coupled with the decision device 4 depending on a predetermined algorithm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the data speed by a nonintegral coefficient by generating (n) 1st output values and (m) 2nd output values in two 1st and 2nd states respectively, selecting a relative window in a time period of equal length for a data sequence, and determining the number of two output values according to a specific data speed reduction coefficient. SOLUTION: A filter device 1 which is switchable is connected to a data source 3 via a filter input 1.1, a data value df' is outputted by its output 1.2, and the data value df' of a data value which is properly filtered is generated from the data value. Amplitude adaptation is performed by supplying an attenuation coefficient (k) to a multiplier. The filtered data value df is supplied to a buffer, whose output stage is controlled with a 2nd clock signal f2 from a 2nd clock signal source 6. The pulse inverting speed of this 2nd clock signal f2 corresponds to a desired data speed of an output data sequence d2 outputted from a buffer 5.1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit detected velocity information and additional information related to a common transmission channel corresponding to a preliminarily set transmission timing by selecting the transmission timing from a relationship to a velocity detected by a sensor apparatus and transmitting the additional information as a modulation of the transmission timing. SOLUTION: A sensor apparatus 1 has two output terminals 16, 18 which can be connected to a control apparatus S. A sensor 10 is assigned to an object 20 which can move, and specifically, a turnable gear in this case. The gear 20 has teeth 22 in the outer circumference via an equal distance, having one tooth gap 24 arranged between every two teeth. The Hall sensor 20 detects passage of the teeth 22 and gaps 24, when the gear 20 rotates. A time interval between the two continuous teeth 22 and the gap 24 is a direct reference for a velocity of the gear 20. An electronic circuit 14 evaluates a sensor signal of the sensor 10. At this time, the sensor signal is preferably supplied to a threshold discriminator so as to control disturbances brought about in some cases. A signal corresponding to the passing of the teeth 22 and gap 24 of the gear 20 can be correctly taken out from the output of the threshold discriminator.
