[Class 75 (iii)] The friction-wheel 14 is connected by a one-way spring-pressed clutch pinion with a rack 26 on a spring-pressed operating slider 20 carrying a wick-cap 32, the parts with the wick-tube 19 being mounted in a removable metal container 13 in the top of a fuel receptacle 10 made of the material known by the Registered Trade Mark " Bakelite." The movements of the slider 20 are limited by a slot therein engaging a pin 23. The container 13 is closed by a metal cover (not shown), having a flame-emission aperture, air inlet openings being provided through the parts 10, 13. In the table lighter shown, the receptacle 10 is provided with feet 11 and recesses 21, 18 for the reception of the slider 20 and the screw-cap on the flint tube 17. As shown in Fig. 5, the one-way drive for the friction-wheel comprises a pinion 27 operated by the rack 26 and carrying face teeth 30 engaging, under the influence of a spring 28, with face ratchet teeth 29 on the friction-wheel. According to the Provisional Specification, the drive may be a pawl on the slider engaging a ratchet pinion connected to the friction-wheel. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to British Specifications 138,395, [Class 75 (iii)], and 395,809, and U.S.A. Specifications 1,831,014, 1,859,908, and 1,966,914.

[Also in Group XXIII] A gimlet or like rotary tool comprises a handgrip 1 at one end of the blade or shank 14 and a separable cap 9 longitudinally slidable on to the end 2 of the hand grip remote from the shank 14 to provide a rotary connection therebetween, and a spring-blade pocket-clip 5 on the body. A lug 8 is adapted to snap into a cut-out 11 in the cap. The cap is a push-fit on the tapered end 2 and has two longitudinal tenons which engage slots 3 in the part 2. The cap is also a push-fit on a tapered part 12 of the hand grip, to cover the blade or shank. The leaf-spring 5 is received in a longitudinal recess in the tapered portion 2 and is secured at 6.

摘要： A motor control module designed to control operation of a plurality of different motors in a plurality of different tools a power tool uses an electronic clutch in the module in conjunction with a mechanical clutch in the tool to protect the tool against an overload event. The module is adapted to implement methods to provide aural and/or tactile feedback to a tool user as a warning of an impending or current fault condition in the tool. The module can prevent power from inadvertently turning on either after an overload event has cleared with the tool plugged in and its power switch on, or after plugging in the tool within the power switch on. The control module is adapted to provide torque control for the power tool, to estimate tool motor temperature and to inform a tool user when a servicing need in the tool is required.
