SOLUTION: In the nozzle structure for whipping the milk, a steam duct body is provided which is equipped with a steam passage starting from a steam inlet port on one end side where steam is supplied from a steam generator, a steam nozzle body having a steam nozzle orifice is provided on other end side where a terminal end of the steam passage communicates, a groove section is formed which is directed in the radial direction on the end of the steam nozzle body, the steam nozzle orifice is opened in the groove section, an air duct body is provided which is equipped with an air passage starting from an air inlet port on one end side facing the outside air, an air nozzle body having an air nozzle orifice is provided on other end side of the air duct where a terminal end of the air passage communicates, and the air duct body whose air inlet port on one end side is exposed to open air is inserted into the steam duct body, while the air nozzle body on other end side of the air duct body is fitted in the steam nozzle body, whereby the air nozzle orifice is positioned in the steam air nozzle orifice. 摘要： The present disclosure relates to forming a metallic part to decrease residual stress and reduce springback behavior in the metallic part after forming. Target locations in the metallic part for excess material are determined based on electronic modelling prior to forming. The excess material in the target locations is configured to decrease residual stress in the metallic part after forming. The metallic part is contacted for forming at one or more contact locations away from as-cut end surfaces of the metallic part, such that the as-cut end surfaces are unconstrained during forming. The excess material is caused, based on the one or more contact locations and the excess material at the one or more target locations, to flow in one or more specific directions during forming to decrease the residual stress in the metallic part and reduce springback behavior in the metallic part after forming.

The method includes the step of stud welding a component with a base metal to create at least one weld joint using at least one electrode. The method continues with the steps of emitting ultrasonic waves from an ultrasonic sensor on an electrode and receiving reflections of those ultrasonic waves with the ultrasonic sensor. The method proceeds with the step of generating an acoustic map based on the reflections of the ultrasonic waves. The method continues with the step of analyzing the acoustic map to determine a quality of the at least one weld joint.

The electric motor drive includes an inverter configured to apply an AC voltage to an electric motor and to supply current to the electric motor. The electric motor drive also includes a speed controller and a current controller in a cascaded configuration. The speed controller is configured to determine a reference torque or reference current for the inverter to supply to the electric motor, and the current controller is configured to determine the voltage based on the reference current. At least one of the speed controller or the current controller includes the multi-critic with multi-Q-learning actor optimized controller. In some embodiments, each of the speed controller and the current controller includes a corresponding multi-critic with multi-Q-learning actor optimized controller.

摘要： A method and system for characterizing a state of health of a winding of an electric machine are provided. The winding may include one or more stator windings in an electric machine, for example, a permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). The method comprises: applying a voltage pulse to the winding; measuring a phase current signal of a current supplied to the winding; determining a high-frequency transient current based on the phase current signal. The state of health of the winding may be calculated as a function of change in frequency spectrum of the high-frequency transient current. The method may include calculating a plurality of packets using a wavelet packet decomposition of the high-frequency transient current; and determining one or both of: the state of health or a classification of degradation, using an indicator based upon at least one packet of the plurality of packets.
