摘要： Tire cord having enough high tensile strength, high initial modulus, and high fatigue resistance required for radial tire and belted bias tire can be obtained from polyvinyl alcohol polymer. Said cord is constituted by multi-filament yarns composed of a polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a degree of polymerization of at least 2000, having a tensile strength of 15 g/d or more and an initial modulus of 250 g/d or more, and undergoing substantially no fusion between single filaments. It has cord properties of not less than 8.5 g/d in tensile strength, 0.5 to 2.2 % in middle degree of elongation (MDE), and 0.2 to 2.0 % in dry heat shrinkage factor (DELTAS).

During the period, a water film is formed at the inner surfaces of the vanes 6 and 8 of a bent flow channel 10, a water droplet screen is formed at the upper and lower intervals of the vanes 6 and 8, and dropped in the tank 14. When a fan 4 is started in this state, the air containing oil particles in a box l is fed from the intervals of the vanes 6 of a filter A while bending by colliding at the channel 10 with the vane surfaces, the particles in the air are collected by the water films of the vanes 6, 8, and collected by the water droplets when passing the screen.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus capable of removing dust from screen without using a special device, by providing check dampers behind the screens of a plurality of dust collection ducts and arranging the screen so as to reach the air discharge surface of the other screen. CONSTITUTION:A changeover cylinder 11 is always directed to the side of one dust collection duct 3 and the check damper 7 in the side of said duct is opened while the check damper 7 in the side of the other duct is closed. Dust-containing air is sent under pressure through an air duct 1 to collect dust by the dust collection duct 3 and a dust collection screen is discharged from the extending frame 6 faced to an air discharge surface in parallel. When a considerable amount of dust is accumulated, the changeover cylinder is directed to the side of the other dust collection duct 3 and the operation of the check damper 7 is reversely performed. By this method, because the discharged air from a new screen is sprayed to the screen having dust accumulated thereon, dust is easily released and dust collection can be also simultaneously performed.
