    • An improvement of a structure of an electronic writing belt, consisting of a control system, a lighting string, a relay circuit, aturn-off system, and a relay power supply, has functions of writing and varying patterns. The control system generates a sawtooth-wave or a step-wave to transmit to a lighting string for turning on lams one by one, and triggering by the relay circuit the sawtooth-wave or the step-wave for driving successively to turn on the lamps of an additional lighting string one by one, the speed of turning on the lamps is controlled and regulated by a speed controller of the control system. When an end lamp of a final lighting string turns on. A trigger turn-off system outputs a turn-off signal to the control system to make it output a low voltage so as to turn off the lamps of the writing belt. If more lighting strings are needed for the writing belt, the control system can be replaced by the relay power supply to supply power to the relay circuit and a plurality of lighting string to make it successively turn-on a longer lighting string possible.

    • A working garment with positive flickering devices in which a front, a rear and two lateral sides of the working garment are arranged with multiple positive flickering devices disposed on the reflecting strips for providing identification effect in all directions. By means of depressing an external button switch, the circuit of the positive flickering device is closed, enabling a power supply to supply power therefore, an oscillator or a pulse generator sending out periodic flickering signals. A current-limiting device serves to prevent great current from passing the circuit and protect a driver. The driver serves to amplify and drive current to make the multiple positive flickering devices flicker. By means of the widened projecting angle and enlarged projecting area of the combined body, the projecting range is enlarged and the illumination is enhanced, whereby the warning effect can reach a long distance.
