    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for protecting a compressor of a heat pump is provided to control load applied to a compressor because a liquid refrigerator is changed to vapor state in an evaporator to prevent absorbing excessive thermal energy. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for protecting a compressor of a heat pump comprises a cover(10), a temperature sensor(20), a damper(30), a damper motor(40), a control device(50), a preset temperature input unit(60), and a display unit(70). The cover covers an outdoor unit(100) to protect. The temperature sensor is installed inside the cover to detect the temperature of air sucked through a suction hole of the outdoor unit. The damper discharges or blocks the indoor air to the outside. The damper motor rotates the damper to open or close. The control device controls the temperature of the air sucked through the suction hole of the outdoor unit by opening or closing the damper depending on differences of the preset temperature and the temperature of the air that is sucked through the suction hole of the outdoor unit and detected in the temperature sensor. Through an input part, the preset temperature is inputted.

    • Provided are a method and mobile communication terminal for handover in a mobile communication network including at least one mobile communication base station and a communication satellite.
