摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain excellent selectiveity and excellent permeability to oxygen even under a small pressure difference condition, that is, excellent oxygen enriching ability, and also excellent strength by manufacturing an oxygen- enriching membrane using siloxylated cellulose or siloxylated glass as a material. SOLUTION: The oxygen-enriching membrane is manufactured using the siloxylated cellulose or the siloxylated glass. The siloxylation is performed using one or more kinds of siloxylating agents selected from each compound expressed by 3 chemical formulas. In each formula, each of R1-R5 and R7-R8 represents independently hydrogen, halogen or a 1-6C alkyl, which can be replaced by one or more kinds of substituents selected from the other groups, a 2-6C alkenyl or phenyl, R6 represents hydrogen or a 1-6C alkyl, X represents hydrogen, halogen and others and (n) represents 3-5. As a result, the selectivity and the permeability to oxygen is improved even under the small pressure difference condition.
