    • PURPOSE:To obtain an endless belt having high dimensional accuracy by bringing a rolling roller mounted with the small-diameter and thick-walled 1st material into press contact with a pair of driving rollers provided at a prescribed spacing and rolling the 1st material until the prescribed circumferential length is attained thereby forming the 2nd-material. CONSTITUTION:The material rolling roller 3 mounted with the small-diameter and thick-walled annular 1st material 10 is brought into press contact with the driving roller 1 and the grooved driving roller 2 and the ground driving roller 4 is rotationally driven to roll the material 10. The material 10 bulges to the max. extent while rotating at a prescribed rotating speed around the grooves 2a, 4a of the rollers 2, 4 and is extended to the annular belt-like 2nd blank material 10a. The material 10a is finished to the endless bent with a suitable rolling mill after the circumferential length is detected by measuring the distance H from the axial centers (a), (b) of the rolls 1, 2 to the bottom end of the material 10a. The continuous production of the metallic endless belt material with the high dimensional accuracy is thus made possible.

The rear end of the water pressure pan 3 is connected to a front pulley 7 by way of a supporting arm 5, a linking rod, and a front cable 6. A measuring cable 10, on which an index is attached, is provided between the front pulley 7 and a rear pulley 8 so that the cable can be circulated. The rowing power is measured by the index.
