    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable bags such as a shopping bag or a dust bag to be easily opened while a bag front side and bag rear side are displaced although the bag is opened by holding the front side and rear side near the opening of the bag with fingers at both sides and displacing them because the fingers slide to cause the bag to be hardly opened, if the fingers are dry.
SOLUTION: Materials such as coating, ink and wax having an anti-slip effect or items such as seal, tape, plate or the like or powder are fixed to a place near the opening of a bag such as a shopping bag or a dust bag etc. Since the method for applying anti-slip is a coating, printing or adhering, its detailed description will be eliminated.

    • An OCT probe has a sheath to be inserted into a subject; and an optical system within the sheath, for changing the direction of light which propagates from a light source through an optical fiber to irradiate the light onto the subject through a transparent portion of the sheath, and for reflecting the light beam, which is reflected by the subject, to guide the light into the optical fiber. A light output surface, for causing the light to be output from the reflecting surface in a direction obliquely inclined with respect to the inner surface of the sheath, and a reflected light sheath entrance preventing portion, for preventing light reflected by the inner surface of the sheath from entering the optical fiber, are provided in the optical system. The reflected light sheath entrance preventing portion may be formed by providing a cut planar surface portion on the lens.

    • In a method of detecting track crossings on an optical disc, a light source irradiates a light beam onto an optical disc having guide tracks in the form of a recess and the light beam is reflected and diffracted into a zero order light beam and positive and negative primary light beams. The light beams are defocused so as to produce interference patterns between the zero light beam and the positive and negative primary light beams. The interference patterns are detected by a four split light detector disposed between two parts of a two split detector. The outputs of the detectors are fed to an adder and to a subtractor for producing a sum signal and a difference signal respectively. The sum signal and difference signal are fed to a phase detector. Defocusing of the light beams is effected by a focusing coil to which is fed the amplified output of an adder of a reference signal controlled by a control circuit.

    • In a system for detecting defects on an optical surface, a disk to be inspected is mounted on a turntable, and is attracted on the surface of the turntable. On the disk is provided an optical head having an objective lens located at its focal point on the surface of the disk. A laser beam emitted from a laser unit is projected through the optical head onto the disk, is reflected on the disk, and is then directed through the optical head to a photo detector. The optical head is moved in the radial direction of the disk as the turntable is rotated, and the disk is helically scanned by the laser beam. Only a defect signal is extracted from an electrical signal generated from the photo detector in a defect signal generator. The defect signal is compared in a data processing unit, and is converted to defect information of different size. When it is judged that a prescribed region on the surface of the disk is scanned by a position signal from a position sensor for detecting the position of the optical head, the data processing unit generates an address, and the defect information is stored in each size in specific assigned locations of the RAM. The defect information thus stored is displayed on a CRT or is printed out by a printer.
