    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation preventing device that prevents oxidation, by means of reduction through emission of negatrons into an oxidation-preventing chamber for filling the oxidation-preventing chamber with negatrons so as to prevent oxidation by reduction. SOLUTION: The oxidation preventing device impresses a negative high voltage generated with a negative high voltage generator 1 on a negatron emission device 30 and emits negatrons emitted from the negatron emitting device 30 into the oxidation inhibition chamber, to fill the oxidation inhibiting chamber with negatrons so as to prevent oxidation by reduction. The negatron emitting device 30 has a negatron emitting body 3 comprising a conductive zone 10 having conductivity, and a plurality of electron-emitting thin bristles 11, the base ends of which are fixed to the conductive zone 10 that attempt to extend toward the outside in the width direction of the conductive zone 10 in the longitudinal direction of the conductive zone 10.
