SOLUTION: An endless rope whose outward pathway and return pathway are closely wired, and both sides of a gate panel are connected to be pulled up and down by adding a laterally balanced and synchronized force. A problem that a track of a connecting point of the lower end of the gate panel and the rope sways out of a straight line is solved to follow smoothly with a help of the specific property of the rope and a function of a tensioner.
