    • PURPOSE: To reduce consumption of oxygen, by separating a fermentation device into an oxygen dissolving tank and a fermentation tank, discharging an exhaust gas in the fermentation tank independently, removing a carbonic acid gas from the carbonic acid gas and excess oxygen produced in the oxygen dissolving tank, returning oxygen again to the oxygen dissolving tank.
CONSTITUTION: A fermentation device is separated into the oxygen dissolving tank 52 and the fermentation tank 51, an exhaust gas in the fermentation tank 51 is discharged independently, a carbonic acid gas is removed from the carbonic acid gas and excess oxygen produced in the oxygen dissolving tank 52 by the carbonic acid gas eliminator 55, oxygen together with oxygen supplied from the oxygen feed inlet 57 are returned to the oxygen dissolving tank 52 again. Consequently, although expensive oxygen is used, its consumption is reduced, so this process is economically practicable. An amount of carbonic acid gas to be treated is smaller than existing devices, and the carbonic acid gas can be removed. Since the volume of oxygen to be sent to the blower 56 can be kept to only a volume to be sent to the dissolving tank 52 having small capacity, pressure of the blower is low, so power consumption can be kept small.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the large cost not necessary for carrying out traffic education for all the people in order to introduce change of configuration in traffic signal lights in many inventions reported as apparatuses regarding the easily seen traffic signal light by a color-blind person.
SOLUTION: The traffic signal light has a letter display with an outer periphery part which is a circular or a rounded rectangular shape with a plurality of green colored, orange colored or red colored LEDs arranged on a plane. When the green colored LED is lit, a display is made of one kanji character meaning "proceed" or "permission to proceed" or "GO" in alphabet. When the orange colored LED is lit, a display is made of one kanji character meaning "caution" or "caution and alarm" or "CAUTION" in alphabet. When the red colored LED is lit, a display is made of one kanji character of "stop" or one kanji character meaning "stop/cannot proceed" or "STOP" in alphabet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the problem that a product producer has to secure safety until the lifetime of merchandise ends so that the merchandise can disappear from the market even though the producer is responsible for safety from merchandise design to merchandise manufacturing and to sales. SOLUTION: A manufacturing company shows the average lifetime of a product to consumers in order to be responsible until the function of the product ends so that the lifetime of the product can end safely. Since this information is information about the product, the information is embedded in the product. The information has to clearly notify its user of the end of the product when the lifetime of the product ends. This method is mounted in the product, for example, uniting a battery, a function for counting accumulated time and a function for reproducing predetermined recording into a single body. The predetermined recording recommends the next new good product soon and notify a procedure of how to discard the product. This eliminates the product from the market before the product becomes unsafe due to the lifetime of the product so that consumers can use safe products. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appreciation aquarium containing a screw driven by a motor, having water flow varying with flow-controlling members arranged around the screw and containing a floating material (artificial marine life) moving in vertical and lateral directions or stopping the motion.
SOLUTION: A screw is placed on the bottom face of the aquarium and rotated by transmitting the rotation of a magnet driven by a motor to a magnet attached to the screw. Flow controlling members each having a diameter decreasing upward are placed around the screw to control the gyrating water flow to generate a vertical water flow and apply various motions such as vertical and lateral motions and stop the motion of the floating material (artificial marine life).
