      SOLUTION: The oil filter apparatus, as one embodiment, is manufactured by forming a long cylinder 8 for discharging oil, winding an absorptive material several times around the long cylinder 8 to prepare a cylindrical filtration body 7, arranging the cylindrical filtration body in the center of a bottom-blind cylindrical filter main body 1 and fitting a cover 26 to the filter main body 1. The oil filter apparatus, as the other embodiment, is manufactured by forming the long cylinder 8 for discharging oil in the center of the bottom-blind cylindrical filter main body 1, arranging a filtration body vessel 41 on the periphery of the long cylinder 8 to form an oil circulation route 42 between the filter main body 1 and the filtration body vessel, housing the cylindrical filtration body 7 obtained by winding the absorptive material several times in the filtration body vessel 41 and fitting the cover 26 to the filter main body 1.
