    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image stabilizer capable of responding to a "nystagmus" symptom, not through pathological treatment but by stabilizing an image projected to the eyes of a human by an optical or image processing method from the outside of a human body, improving the dynamic visual acuity of a normal eye and clearly imaging an object moving at high speed, without using an expensive high-speed imaging camera further. SOLUTION: The image stabilizer is equipped with a target object position detection means for detecting the position of a target object including a moving target object; a deflection means arranged between the target object and an image forming body and for deflecting the route of light from the target object to the image forming body; and a control part for controlling the deflection means so as to position the image of the target object on the image forming body on the basis of the position of the target object detected by the target object position detection means.
