    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient whose tooth is missing with a convenient, practical, advanced and excellent bridge apparatus fixed with combined insertion, by forming an excellent effect in attaching the bridge.
      SOLUTION: The bridge apparatus of setting type pairing fixation comprises a lingual crown and a buccal crown and is mounted onto an edentulous space utilizing a combination with the arrangement of natural teeth on both sides of a missing tooth. On both ends of the buccal crown, an extension wing part corresponding to the natural teeth arrangement is provided to come into contact with the inner face of the natural tooth on both sides of the missing tooth. The lingual crown is formed by utilizing the engagement face between the proximal and distal faces of the lingual face in the natural teeth on both sides of the missing tooth and the lingual face. The two crowns are fixedly screwed up, securely connected to the natural teeth and prevented from falling off. Accordingly, the need of an extensive natural tooth reduction is avoided on both sides of the edentulous space during the process of the bridge mounting. The mounting process is simplified to shorten the working time, and local anesthetic for teeth roots is not needed. The patient needs not to wait long for the preparation of the bridge prepared less costly, the setting of a temporary bridge becomes unnecessary, and the replacement of a new bridge apparatus is facilitated without giving pain to the patient while maintaining the agreeableness of the patient.
