摘要： The collapsible traffic hazard bollard, primarily for use by emergency services, highway maintenance etc., comprises a base, a top and a spring which acts to urge the top away from the base so as to stretch a sleeve 3 between the top and the base, with locking elements 5,6 acting to lock the top to the base when the sleeve is collapsed and the spring compressed. The locking elements, located on the top and the base, can preferably be interengaged or released by twisting the top relative to the base and a handle 2 is preferably located on the top. The base may be formed from weighted rubber plastic or metal and the top from plastic. Different sleeves may be provided for use in different situations.
