    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composting garbage dryer which enhances the drying efficiency of composting garbage by keeping the temperature and gas quantity in a dryer constant by making use of a dielectric sensor, and improves the deodorization function of a deodorant by keeping the generation volume of steam that vaporizes in this drying process constant. SOLUTION: A dielectric constant change of composting garbage is measured to sense a temperature change inside the dryer by the dielectric sensor, and the driving of a heating heater and an air circulating fan is controlled by judging this. The drying efficiency of composing garbage can be improved by keeping the temperature and gas quantity inside the dryer always constant, and at the same time, deodorization efficiency of malodorous particles by a deodorant can be enhanced.
