摘要： There is provided a lancet assembly with a possibility of the lancet structure being inadvertently pushed without an intension of pricking. 摘要： A lancet assembly that enables it to prick with smaller number of steps and be disposed safely. The lancet assembly comprising a lancet and a lancet holder that houses the lancet, wherein the lancet comprises a lancet body, a lancet cap and a pricking component, the pricking component is situated in both of the lancet body and the lancet cap, the tip of the pricking component is covered with the lancet cap, and the lancet cap and the lancet body are integrally connected together by a bridging component; when the lancet cap is pressed in the pricking direction with the lancet body attached to the lancet holder, the bridging component is broken so that the lancet cap is separated from the lancet body; and thereafter when the separated lancet cap is pressed further in the pricking direction, the separated lancet cap moves to a position that is off the pricking pathway of the pricking component.

摘要： A piercing device in which it is possible to load an unused lancet assemb ly into an injector and it is not possible to load a used lancet assembly in to the injector. In the piecing device, a cutout is formed in the end on the opening end side of a lancet holder and a plate spring member is fitted to the inner wall of a housing of the injector. One end of the plate spring mem ber is fixed and the other end is free. A hook-shaped part is formed at a fo rward end region of the free end part. In loading of a used lancet assembly into the injector, the cutout is engaged with the hook-shaped part, renderin g the loading impossible. On the other hand, in an unused lancet assembly, t he lancet body is fixed in the lancet holder such that a projection of the l ancet body is positioned behind the cutout of the lancet holder, and this re sults that, in loading of such an unused lancet assembly into the lancet hol der, the projection pushes and expands the free end part outward to make the cutout not engageable with the hook-shaped part, rendering the loading poss ible.

摘要： A lancet assembly is disclosed which eliminates the need for removing a resin cover that covers a pricking element. When a lancet structure 200 is inserted into a lancet holder 100, a force is applied so as to separate a lancet cover 214, that encloses a distal end 232 of a pricking element 220, from a lancet body 216 so that the distal end of the pricking element which has been enclosed by the lancet cover is exposed in the lancet holder, and the opening of the lancet holder is positioned in front of the distal end of the pricking element. The lancet structure has a trigger 300 which launches the pricking element of which the distal end is exposed, when the lancet structure is continually pushed into the lancet holder.
