摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact electric-field detecting and breaking apparatus for basically completely energy loss by standby power generated from an electric or electronic device during its quiescent period of time, and an impact by electric shock at a touch of a human body. SOLUTION: The non-contact electric-field detecting and breaking apparatus is constituted by an equi-potential separation and voltage-drop element for converting an input power to an equipotential, an equipotential converter for converting the separated equipotential to a ground potential, an equipotential rectifier for converting equi-potentially separated AC to DC, a ground-potential judging device for judging the converted equipotential, a potential indicator for output of a judged result as a warning light or a warning sound, an overvoltage protector for assuring a circuit protection and safety, a grounding converter for selecting a grounding mode so as to conform to a power supply mode, a neutral-point grounding display for displaying a neutral-point grounding and a propriety of its selection, an overvoltage breaker for regulating current to a predetermined value or lower, and a grounding terminal for removing an electric-field wave in connection with a grounded body.
