    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device which can facilitate pressurization grouting by packing only an inlet when conducting soil nailing which requires pressurization grouting.
      SOLUTION: The packing device is constituted of a hollow-type pipe 50, a screw handle 60, a casing connecting pipe 61, a hollow-type casing 62, a large number of rubber tubes 70, and an end adaptor 80. The hollow-type pipe 50 is inserted into the outer peripheral surface of a nail 17 inserted into a boring hole, and fixed to the tip of the hole on the inlet side by a pin. The screw handle 60 is screwed to a screw 50a formed on the left outer peripheral surface. Then the casing connecting pipe 61 is positioned on the side of the handle and on the outer peripheral surface of the hollow-type pipe 50. One side end of the hollow-type casing 62 is connected to the casing connecting pipe, and the hollow-type pipe is stored in the hollow-type casing 62. Then the rubber tubes 70 are connected to the other side end of the hollow-type casing 62 through a casing end ring 71, and a guide ring 72 is brought into intimate contact with and connected to the midpoint and the outer end of the rubber tubes 70. The end adaptor 80 is connected to the outer end of the rubber tubes 70, and connected by a thread to the outer peripheral surface of the end which is positioned on the inner side of the boring hole of the hollow-type pipe.

    • A diversity transmitting/receiving apparatus and method is provided, which is implemented using space-time trellis codes (STTC) constructed from a Pseudo Noise (PN) sequence set in a Direct Sequence (DS) CDMA system. The transmitter comprises a PN sequence generator, a space-time encoder, first and second modulators, and first and second multiple transmit antennas. The space-time encoder selects two of the multiple PN sequences to construct STTC, and space-time encodes data from a data source according to the STTC to output an Wary data symbol. The two modulators modulate the space-time encoded data according to the STTC. The two multiple transmit antennas wirelessly transmit outputs of the two modulators, respectively. By applying a method using space-time coding in a DS CDMA system including multiple transmit antennas, it is possible to achieve both diversity and additional coding gain and also to reduce multiple user interference by increasing the PN sequence length.
