The outer sleeve and the connecting pipe are integrally molded to form an integrated structure. An impact plate is disposed between the seal filling and the annular inner projection. Wear-resistant carbon fiber layers are respectively disposed between the seal filling and the outer surface of the inner pipe and between the seal filling and the inner surface of the outer sleeve. The present invention thoroughly solves the problems of difficult weld flaw detection or even fail to perform detection caused by the existing welding mode. Meanwhile, configuration of the wear-resistant carbon fiber layers and the impact plate can effectively reduce loss of the seal filling, thus further enhancing the sealing performance of the whole rotary compensator.
