摘要： PURPOSE: To form high-reliability take-out electrodes on the side end face different from an end face having a magnetic conversion element without largely changing the stages of a process for producing conventional type magnetic head. CONSTITUTION: The high-reliability take-out electrode 13 is led out by forming the lower terminal of the conventional type magnetic head by Au or solder material into a columnar shape and cutting out a slider in a position along the lower terminal where the lead electrode 2 is not exposed. The high-reliability take-out electrode 13 is assured at the side end face different from the end face provided with the magnetic conversion element and a contribution is made to miniaturize the magnetic head slider. This process is attained only by the minor change of the process for producing conventional type magnetic head.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automate the operation of dedusting, sterilization, deodorization and drying of the material to be cleaved such as protecting mask and to improve the working time. CONSTITUTION:A rotary basket 5 to set a material 1 to be cleaned and a cleaning nozzle 6 are arranged in a cleaning tank 4, and the nozzle 6 is vertically rotated around the basket 5. A high-pressure water feed pipe 13 shares a part of a pipeline with a compressed-air pipe 16, and both pipes are connected and switched to each other. Cleaning water introduced into the pipe 13 is heated to high temp. by a heater 8, high-pressure and high-temp. water is sprayed on the material for a set time by a timer control system 20 through the pipe 13 and nozzle 6, then the pipe 13 is automatically closed and the pipe 16 opened, and compressed air is blown against the material for a set time. Hot air is introduced into the pipe 4 from a device 19 when the compressed air is blown.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely prevent the damage to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer in a washing tank even if a basket and the material to be washed falls into the washing tank. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator transducer protective cover 14 is provided within the normal washing tank 2, and therefore falling objects come into contact with the vibrator transducer protective cover 14 and the protective cover 14 receives the falling objects when the basket 11 falls into the normal washing tank 2 or when the parts fall from the basket 11 into the normal washing tank 2. The failure of the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 13 is thus obviated. In addition, the vibrator transducer protective cover 14 is formed to a mesh shape of a proper size, and therefore the ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 13 are well transmitted and the degradation in the detergency of the parts is prevented.

By using this copper alloy plating bath thus prepared, copper alloy plating film is formed as a corrosion resistant intermediate layer on a metal material such as Al the surface of which is to be coated with a silver plating film. The mixed resin is charged into the resin hopper 7 from the individual vessels 3. Furthermore, the mixer 2 is equipped with the scattering preventive charging port of the assistant, an exhaust cylinder of odor, a spray nozzle for washing attachment of the inside and a drain pipeline. Thereby the equipment and working environment in the mixer are improved. Further, the working timer for charging and precoat of the powdery ion exchange resin and the ion exchange fibers is shortened in the controlling range of radioactive rays.

With this constitution, the analyzed result can be brought continuously, and a variable state and its cause of N-13 can be grasped and simultaneously analytic accuracy inclusive of a gas component is improved.
