    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for work becoming complicated during mixing of coating materials as a result of, for example, machinery and tools being used and requiring cleaning for each type of coating material.SOLUTION: As a coating material, slaked lime, glass beads, and a resin mortar-adhesion enhancer are premixed and bagged. When the coating material is used, a suitable amount of water is added to a plastic bag, and the coating material is mixed by being kneaded by hand from outside of the plastic bag. Without using a mixing machine or tool, a required amount of coating material is mixed within the plastic bag and used. The remaining coating material is sealed and stored.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsular and beadlike polymer composition for producing capsules and beads composed of an aqueous solution composed of a water-soluble polymer material, especially natural polysaccharides and synthetic polyamino acid and an apparatus for continuously producing the same and a technique for producing artificial fish eggs as an application example and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The capsular and beadlike composition are obtained by using a cationic polyelectrolyte and an anionic polyelectrolyte containing especially the natural polysaccharides and synthetic polyamino acid and aqueous solutions thereof. The apparatus for continuously production is composed of a solution feeding pump and an interfacial reaction vessel. The technique for producing the artificial fish eggs from the capsular and beadlike composition and an apparatus therefor are provided. Thereby, the capsular and beadlike composition can be produced from two kinds of aqueous solutions of the polyelectrolytes by utilizing spontaneous formation of polyelectrolyte composites in a mixed interface of the two aqueous solutions of the polyelectrolytes having mutual opposite charges.
