    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for management and the like for reservation, ticket issuing, entering and leaving, and a seat, without requiring time and in a simple manner. SOLUTION: An RFIC chip built-in USB compact device is used and inserted into a computer to thereby be able to reach a target web site without searching. When an event ticket is reserved and purchased, the information of the purchased event ticket is written in an RFIC chip to eliminate the need of issuing a ticket with a picket made of paper. At an event hall, an RFID reader/writer checks a ticket purchase state, or the like so that management of entering and leaving, reservations, or the like can be performed by no person or a small number of persons in a short period of time. Also, in an amusement park, etc., reservations are made in advance on a computer for attractions, time, or the like, they are recorded in the RFIC chip, the USB compact device is brought to the site, and a RFID reader/writer reads the USB compact device to be able to check the reservation.
