    • A holding module (10) includes a body (100), two first holding members (200) and a first rotating member (300) is provided. The two first holding members are adjustably disposed at two opposite sides of the body along a first direction (D1), and each first holding member includes a first clamping part (210) and a first groove (220) along a second direction (D2).     • A lifting device (100) adapted to bear an object is provided. The lifting device includes a body (110), a sliding member (120), an elastic member (130), an adjusting member (140) and a connecting member (150). The sliding member is slidably disposed at the body moves along a first axis (A1) and stays at any position between a highest position (P1) and a lowest position (P2). A first end of the elastic member is disposed at the body. The adjusting member is pivotally disposed at the body and linked up to the elastic member.     • A suspending apparatus (100) is used for suspending an electronic device (10) on a surface (20). The suspending apparatus includes a base (110) fixed on the surface, a suspending assembly (120) assembled to the electronic device and detachably suspended on the base and having a limiting unit (125), and a locking assembly (130) configured on the suspending assembly and including a locking unit (134) and a moving unit (136) connected to an end of the locking unit. The locking unit leans upon the limiting unit. In an unlocking process, the moving unit is forced to move along a first path and drives the locking unit. The locking unit unlocks the base with rotating along a second path and moving along a third path while being restricted by the limiting unit, wherein the first and the third paths have an included angle.
