    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an outer case for electronic components excellent in interface adhesivity after a deep drawing process. SOLUTION: The outer case for electronic components is made by using a resin film clad aluminum sheet which is formed by bonding a two-layer polyester resin film, consisting of a laminate of a first layer and a second layer polyester resin film having mutually different melting points, to at least one side of the aluminum sheet. Further, the manufacturing method for the outer case includes a process of forming the outer case of a cup form by drawing the resin film clad aluminum sheet so that the second layer polyester resin film turns into the external surface and a process of heat-treating the outer case of the cup form within the temperature range of higher than the bonding commencement temperature of the first layer polyester resin film and lower than the melting commencement temperature of the second layer polyester resin film.     • A distributed sample scrambling system comprising scrambler and a descrambler.
