摘要： A method, system, and computer-readable medium for forming transmission electron microscopy sample lamellae using a focused ion beam including directing a high energy focused ion beam toward a bulk volume of material; milling away the unwanted volume of material to produce an unfinished sample lamella with one or more exposed faces having a damage layer; characterizing the removal rate of the focused ion beam; subsequent to characterizing the removal rate, directing a low energy focused ion beam toward the unfinished sample lamella for a predetermined milling time to deliver a specified dose of ions per area from the low energy focused ion beam; and milling the unfinished sample lamella with the low energy focused ion beam to remove at least a portion of the damage layer to produce the finished sample lamella including at least a portion of the feature of interest.

The insulation template includes a case blank and an insulating member secured thereto. The template may be formed into a three-dimensional container that provides cushioning and insulating items contained inside the container by simultaneously folding the case blank and insulating member. The template is designed to provide a completely enclosed space that is cushioned and insulated on all sides. The dimensions of the template may be adjusted to create containers of varying dimensions. The container may be constructed of various materials with a layer of soft, flexible material secured therein. The template may have heating or cooling elements, including phase change materials, incorporated into insulating member.

摘要： Devices and techniques for correcting for power loss in NAND memory devices are disclosed herein. The NAND memory devices may comprise a number of physical pages. For example, a memory controller may detect a power loss indicator at the NAND flash memory. The memory controller may identify a last-written physical page and determine whether the last-written physical page comprises more than a threshold number of low-read-margin cells. If the last-written physical page comprises more than the threshold number of low-read-margin cells, the memory controller may provide a programming voltage to at least the low-read-margin cells.
