    • The electrodynamic speaker and the loudspeaker body may find application in electroacoustics. The electrodynamic speaker is with an emitting diaphragm (1) and a chassis (3), whose peripheries have the form of a symmetrical geometric figure (circle, ellipse, rectangle or square) bent over a cylindrical surface. The area of the diaphragm (1) is part of the same surface. The speaker makes it possible to implement a loudspeaker body, which represents a cylindrical hollow housing (5) tightly closed at both sides by an upper cover (7) and a lower cover (7a), to which there are firmly fixed legs (7a) serving to place the loudspeaker body on a foundation. In the cylindrical surface of the housing (5) there is made a hole (6) with a shape and size conforming to the shape and size of the periphery of the chassis (3), to which the diaphragm (1) of the speaker is attached. The radius of the cylindrical housing (5) of the loudspeaker body and the radius of the cylindrical surface, the peripheries of the diaphragm (1) and the chassis (3) being part thereof, are equal. The loudspeaker body implemented with a speaker, subject of the invention, has more uniform amplitude-frequency characteristics and a wider directivity diagram in the horizontal plane.

    • The sound reproduction unit with electromagnetic loudspeakers can be used in electroacoustics. It has improved amplitude frequency response and wider diagram of orientation in the horizontal plane. The sound reproducing unit comprises a hollow cylindrical casing (1) closed on both its sides by an upper (2) and lower (3) cover with legs (8). On the side surface of the cylindrical casing (1) holes (5.1, 5.2 ... 5.n) are fabricated in which loudspeakers (4.1, 4.2 ... 4.n) are mounted, the emitting surface of which is folded and the radius of folding is equal to the radius of the cylindrical casing (1). In this way the emitting surface of the electrodynamic loudspeaker is formed as part of the cylindrical surface of the casing of the sound reproducer unit. The electrodynamic loudspeaker comprises an emitting membrane (9), fitted by means of elastic connection (10) to the periphery (11) of the chassis of the loudspeaker. The periphery of the emitting membrane (9) and periphery (11) of the chassis have the form of a symmetrical geometrical figure (circle, ellipse, rhomb, etc.), forming part of the cylindrical surface in such a way that the axis of symmetry of membrane (9) and periphery (11) of the chassis matches the generatrix of the cylindrical surface.
