    • The present invention relates to a digital broadcasting system and method. A digital broadcasting transmitting apparatus transmits message data using an idle band of a broadcasting channel. A terminal flickers a logo at the top of a standby screen so as to notify a recipient that the message data has been received, and displays a message on a screen when the recipient selects a shortcut key. According to the present invention, since a message can be sent without needing recipient's permission, and a message can be sent to a recipient who is not watching a broadcast program, the message can be sent according to a service provider's plan, inconvenience to the recipient when the recipient receives a message while watching the broadcast program can be reduced, and the message is stored in a storage unit of a terminal and can be rechecked. Accordingly, a service for providing information and advertisement to the recipient can be reinforced. In addition, since the message is transmitted using a broadcasting channel in which an idle band is generated, a band is not additionally allocated, thereby improving economic efficiency.

    • A wall clock with a swing body is provided to improve not only functions of a clock but also an interior, by swing the swing body vertically by an electromagnet and a permanent magnet. A wall clock with a swing body includes a front surface body, a rotating member(210), a first power source, a second power source unit, an electromagnet coil(240), a horizontal guide bar(260), a plurality of permanent magnets(270), and the swing body(300). The front surface body consists of a time hand and a minute hand to indicate current time. The rotating member is mounted at a rear surface body to change the present time by changing the minute hand. The first power source unit is used to supply a power source to move the time hand and the minute hand according to the passing of time. The second power source unit is separated from the first power source unit and used to supply the power to the electromagnet coil. The electromagnet coil is installed on a circuit substrate(241) to receive the power from the second power source unit and to produce magnetic force. The horizontal guide bar is combined with a fixing member(250) of both rear surfaces for a rear surface of the body and faces the electromagnet coil at a predetermined interval. The plural permanent magnets are stuck to a portion of the horizontal guide bar corresponded to the electromagnet coil at the predetermined interval and moved vertically by repulsive force of the electromagnet coil. The moving body is combined with the fixing member like the horizontal guide bar and moved vertically according to the movement of the plural permanent magnets.
