摘要： The ospF gene of Shigella flexneri encodes a phosphatase, which is a member of a new class of phosphatases. The OspF phosphatase inhibits the activity of several proteins either by direct protein modification or transcription downregulation. These proteins include MAP kinase, IL-8, CCL20, IL-12, AP1, CREB, RPA p32, and BCL2 related proteins. Methods for treating diseases using OspF phosphatase, methods for identifying agents that modulate OspF phosphatase's activity, methods for identifying agents that mimic OspF phosphatase's activity, and immunogenic compositions comprising OspF phosphatase are provided. A strain of Shigella flexneri containing an inactivated ospF gene is also provided.

摘要： The ospF gene of Shigella flexneri encodes a phosphatase, which is a member of a new class of phosphatases. The pipeline inspecting apparatus moving along an external circumferential surface of a pipeline to inspect the pipeline, includes: a main frame having an arc shape having an opened portion to surround the pipeline; a main movement unit that is movably installed on the main frame, wherein the main movement unit is movably installed along a length direction of the pipeline while being in contact with the external circumferential surface of the pipeline; an auxiliary frame that has an arc shape having an opened portion to surround the pipeline and is separated from the main frame to face the main frame; an auxiliary frame adjusting unit that movably connects the auxiliary frame to the main movement unit in a circumferential direction of the pipeline; and a sensor adjusting unit that is fixed to the auxiliary frame, wherein a sensor for inspecting a state of the pipeline is installed.

The storage device stores change information on metadata in physical pages in which one or more logical pages are compressed and stored. The change information on the metadata is information representing how the metadata is changed in association with data in the one or more logical pages. The storage device may synchronize the metadata in the flash memory and recover the metadata by applying the change information on the metadata to the synchronized metadata when a power supply is disrupted.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling transmission power of the base station in a wireless communication system and includes calculating signal-to-noise ratio of a target component carrier and recovering the signal-to-noise ratio to be equal to or greater than a threshold by increasing a transmission power to a predetermined level and requesting, when the signal-to-noise ratio is less than a predetermined threshold, a neighbor base station to decrease the transmission power. According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the inter-cell interference and improve channel utilization efficiency, resulting in improvement of the throughput of the wireless communication system.
