The semicolumnar projections each have a longitudinal slot extending between the top edge and the bottom edge, such that two adjacent panel modules overlap to form a column element having an internal cavity. A support column secured to the ground is received within the internal cavity formed by the longitudinal slots of overlapping semicolumnar projections. One or more connection brackets fixed to the panel module engage the support column to hold the panel modules in place.

摘要： According to one aspect there is provided a screen assembly for a vibrating screening machine. The screen assembly comprises a screen chassis and a screen for screening material such as a solution containing liquid and solids. The screen chassis comprises a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, the screen chassis defining a plurality of openings therethrough from the first face to the second face for allowing passage of a material that has been screened. The screen is attached to the first face of the screen chassis and covering the openings of the screen chassis at the first face. The screen chassis may be made of a light-weight, stiff material. The screen may be made of a durable material such as metal. A method for making a screen assembly is also provided.

摘要： A seating system is provided having a chair with a storage bay below the seat thereof and a cart-like ottoman which is storable within the storage bay. A connector arrangement is provided within the storage bay which positively engages the ottoman with the chair when the ottoman is rolled into the storage bay to a fully docked position. The chair and ottoman both include casters and the connector arrangement allows for both components to be moved simultaneously to a new position. In particular, preferably the chair includes casters on the front thereof and a handle on the back whereby lifting of the handle allows the chair as well as the docked cart to be tilted upwardly and rolled in unison to a new position.

摘要： A corner connector arrangement which joins adjacent upright edges of at least two wall panels for maintaining the panels in angled relationship. The connector arrangement employs a connector post positioned between adjacent panel end edges. Each panel has a connecting bracket provided with outwardly protruding upper and lower flanges which respectively overlap upper and lower ends of the post. The post has suitable openings so that cabling can pass from interiorly of one panel through the post for passage into the interior of another panel. Elongate closure strips are secured to and extend longitudinally along opposite edges of the bracket associated with each panel. The closure strips have cantilevered flanges which are curved similar to and resiliently deflect into engagement with exterior peripheral surfaces on the post to enclose the post and the cabling therein. A separate closer strip that snaps onto the post may be used to enclose the post for two-panel connections.

摘要： A wall system and particularly a load-bearing spine wall defined by rigidly connected spine panels which are usable in conjunction with and connectable to branch panels for defining workstations. These spine panels include an interior frame having plural hollow cross beams rigidly joined between parallel uprights. The cross beams have elongate slots extending lengthwise along the sidewalls thereof. Each side of the frame permits one or more removable covering tiles to be attached thereto for defining the exterior surface of the spine panel. Load-bearing components having cantilevered hangers can be engaged within the elongate slots which extend lengthwise of the cross beams. Vertically adjacent tiles have longitudinal edges spaced to define a narrow elongate passage therebetween which aligns with the mouth of a respectively adjacent hanger-accommodating slot.

摘要： The invention relates to a novel furniture frame system comprising horizontal and vertical frame members which can be arranged in a variety of configurations to provide at least one continuous concealed channel for cables such as power and/or signal cables, in which the channel is easily accessible for wiring, maintenance, rearrangement and storage of cable without disassembly of the frame system and provides for access to cable outlets at work surface height so that cable devices can be connected to an outlet with minimal interference to the work surface. The frame system itself does not interfere with the work surface. The horizontal frame member has an opening on the top surface which is at work surface height for access to the cable channel, and also has a cover for the opening which has at least one flexible edge to enable cables to pass in and out of the channel when the cover is closed and permits the cable to move freely along the length of the cover.
