SOLUTION: The waist-band belt device for the bag consists of the first buckle, the second buckle fixed to this first buckle attachably or detachably, a belt installed between these first buckle and second buckle, and a stopper member installed in this first buckle and extended toward the one end of this second buckle, this stopper member is used to regulate the movement of this belt, after the bag is tightened by the belt, the adjustment section of this belt is not moved backward by being released, the tightening against the bag is prevented from loosing, the return preventive effect is formed which prevents the waist-band belt device for the bag from loosing from the bag.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padlock which has a locking part composed of a block member and a shackle.
      SOLUTION: The padlock includes a block member 80, a shackle 87 and an indicator 83 (Fig.18). The block member 80 and the shackle 87 form a locking part 800 while the indicator 83 (Fig.18) is mounted in the block member 80. A window 811 provided on the block member 80 shows a first state 831 and a second state 832 (Fig.21) of the indicator 83 (Fig.18). Only after the shackle 87 can open the locking part 800 by means of the block member 87, the indicator 83 (Fig.18) shifts from the first state to the second state (Fig.21), and the state is shown through the window 811, whereas only after the shackle 87 itself can open the locking part 800, the indicator 83 (Fig.18) is reset to the first state 831 from the second state 832 (Fig.21), which is shown through the window 811.
