    • A wired and wireless media transport technology is provided that allows for the simultaneous transmission of media to multiple zones while maintaining precise timing synchronization. A user can have a network of speakers, and independently select which ones are actively playing and have their playback synchronized. The media source can be a cell phone, tablet, stereo, set-top box, PC or other device. The media itself can be audio or video. The transmission method of media into the network can be wired, as through an auxiliary cable, or wireless as with Bluetooth or WiFi. The speakers/endpoints themselves are governed in a self-forming network. Audio is injected into the network from a source and the end-point network itself controls audio/video distribution, timing, and rendering.

    • A blood vessel ageing index measuring and analyzing system includes a pressure applying unit, a measuring unit, a front end signal processing unit, and a back end signal analyzing unit. The pressure applying unit is configured to apply external pressure to a limb of a subject, or to release the limb of the subject from the external pressure. The measuring unit is configured to output a standard radial artery pulse signal and a comparative radial artery pulse signal. The front end signal processing unit is configured to process the standard and comparative radial artery pulse signals to generate a digital standard radial artery pulse signal and a digital comparative radial artery pulse signal. The back end signal analyzing unit is configured to obtain a blood vessel ageing index according to the digital standard and comparative radial artery pulse signals.

    • Disclosed herein is an alternative emulsified fuel. The emulsified fuel is formed by forming a mixture of 70˜80 wt % bunker-C oil and 20˜30 wt % carbide aqueous solution, followed by heating and stirring the mixture, applying ultrasonic waves of 20 kHz˜1 MHz to the mixture for 20˜30 minutes to induce ionic bonding between molecules in the mixture, and rotating the mixture at a high speed in an emulsifying machine to prevent oil-water separation of the mixture. 0.5˜2 parts by weight of calcium chloride is added as an emulsification agent to 100 parts by weight of the mixture of the bunker-C oil and carbide aqueous solution. The carbide aqueous solution contains 0.1˜1 wt % of carbide dissolved in water. The alternative emulsified fuel is useful for winter heating for horticulture or flowering plants, for drying agricultural and fisheries products, and other applications.

    • An erectile function index measuring and analyzing system includes a measuring device and an analyzing device. The measuring device is configured to output a standard pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse of a subject that is measured while a penis of the subject is in a relaxed state, a first comparative pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse that is measured after releasing the penis from external pressure larger than a systolic pressure, and a second comparative pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse that is measured while the penis is in an erect state. The measuring device is further configured to measure heartbeat for outputting an electrocardiogram signal. According to the above signals, the analyzing device is operable to obtain a vasodilatation index, a pulse wave velocity and an erectile index to serve as erectile function indices used for determining erectile function of the subject.
