    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of zipper's teeth with either in English letter or symbol appearance which improves the practical value of the commodity.SOLUTION: In the structure of zipper's teeth, convex portions 13 and 14 of upper and lower zipper tooth bodies 1 are engaged with opposite slots each placed each end of their corresponding zipper tooth bodies 1 respectively by engaging the zipper tooth bodies 1 attached to edges 2 of tapes on both sides in such a way as intersecting each other. Fixing portions 15 to be fixed to the opposite end of the zipper tooth body 1 with the edge 2 of the tape in-between are extended. Each fixing portion 15 has an outside appearance similar to a letter 16 of the alphabets or mark, and the letters 16 of the alphabets or marks are used to express a trade name of a product using the zipper tooth structure or as an anti-counterfeiting label for the product.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly-diverse connecting member structure of an assembly frame.SOLUTION: A connecting member of an assembly frame is constituted of a first block body and a second block body. In the first block body, one side thereof has a plurality of plate-like ribs extended to project therefrom, and long grooves formed to vertically and horizontally combine plates, and a surface of the other side has connection parts of a thickness suitably fitted to shapes of the long grooves of the one side. The second block body has projecting assembly parts of a thickness suitably being in contact with the conection parts and assembled with a surface of one side. A plurality of assembly vessels are formed between the first and second blocks. The plates are assembled by the connecting members at four corners, and vertically and horizontally assembled by the long grooves formed to the first block body so that a square frame is formed, and the plate is assembled to the assembly vessels so that a back plate is formed. Further, when the plates are assembled by using insertion long grooves of the second block, the assembly frame can be horizontally extended, so that more practical assembly frame structure is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener manufacturing method by which injection molding is performed smoothly while the fastener and upper/lower end dies are precisely matched to each other and the ends of the fastener are never deviated when molding is performed.
      SOLUTION: The fastener manufacturing method consists of a first process for molding teeth on the fastener by an injection system, a second process for removing the teeth from the fastener at the position of a proper length after the teeth are formed, a third process for covering the fastener with a second-layer plastic piece by thermal compression processing at the removing position, a fourth process for boring a hole at the plastic piece in the state of keeping the part of a teeth tape provided inside the fastener tape, a fifth process for introducing the fastener into a die and making the fastener and upper/lower end dies matching precisely to each other, and a sixth process for injection-molding upper and lower ends, a seventh process for removing them from the dies and removing unnecessary waste plastic, and an eighth process for cutting the fastener with a cutter.
