      SOLUTION: The reel having the multi-directionally rotatable spool is provided, wherein a receiving space and a connecting part is set in the base of the body, a shaft hole piercing to the outside is set on the side 2 wall, slide blocks are set on each shaft hole outer part, rotation shafts are movably inserted in slide grooves of each slide block, two rotation shafts are aligned in the receiving space and with the side 2 of the spool of a turning device, opposing multi-directionally rotatable rotating sheets are pivotally set outside the spool, a driving device is pivotally set on a rotation shaft of the side 1 of the base, and engaged to a driving gear set through a connecting shaft to drive the spool of the turning device to rotate, a rotating device is pivotally set on the other side rotating shaft of the base, an active gear set is engaged with a driven gear set, drives slide block of the side 2 of the base to drive two rotation shafts to drive rotating sheets of the turning device, makes the spool perform multi-directional changing rotation, improves tension in winding a line, rotates clockwise and anti-clockwise the spool in line releasing and winding, to make twisted line straight, so as to decrease resistance in line releasing.
