摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser having a structure which can be easily split for repair and maintenance. SOLUTION: The dispenser is constituted as a module unit to be split into a water bath tank 14, a cooling device and a cabinet 12 holding a beverage. A cooling deck 47 provided with an evaporator to be trapped and fitted on the lower side, a compressor 48 and the like provided on the upper side is disposed above the water bath tank 14. A cabinet 12 holding a beverage container is disposed in front of the water bath tank 14. Piping for respective kinds of fluids connecting respective units of the water bath tank 14, drinking water feed piping 56 and the cabinet 12 is provided with a structure of being connected with quick couplers respectively.

摘要： The present invention recognizes the need for an apparatus and method for creating carbonated beverages having a customizable carbonation level. The invention uses a CPU to control an inlet valve which connects a tank of pressurized carbon dioxide to a vessel containing the beverage to be carbonized. The tube connecting the tank of pressurized carbon dioxide to the vessel contains an orifice for reducing the carbon dioxide's flow rate, thereby increasing control over the amount of carbon dioxide introduced to the vessel. A motor agitates the vessel, causing the carbon dioxide to become absorbed in the beverage. Then, an outlet valve causes excess pressure to drain from the vessel. An outlet orifice causes the pressure to release gradually, thus preventing the beverage from foaming.

The water control module (950) regulates a water flow rate into the inline carbonation apparatus (910).

摘要： An in-line carbonation system is shown for carbonating water or a noncarbonated pre-mix mixture. A flow restrictor (17) meters a predetermined quantity of pressurized carbon dioxide gas to a T-fitting (23) for combination with a known quantity of the liquid as delivered thereto by a pump (25). The carbon dioxide and liquid flow therefrom through a turbulator (32) for enhancing of the absorption of the gas by the liquid. The liquid and gas then flow through a heat exchange cooling coil (38) for further absorption of the gas as the liquid is cooled in the coil. The coil (38) is connected to a dispensing valve (40) for dispensing of the cooled carbonated liquid.
