    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for wedge-shaped plates which has a high molding speed and scarcely leaves a residual internal stress in the wedge-shaped plates.
      SOLUTION: An injector 10 injects, from an outlet 18 by means of a screw 16, a resin introduced through a hopper 12 and heated and molten with a pair of electric heaters 14. A gate 24 of a runner 22 of a mold 20 is connected to communicate with an outlet 18 of the injector 10. A roll forming unit 30 has at least two rollers 32 and 34 constituting a space comprising at least a large space section and a small space section between the rollers. An outlet port 26 of the mold 20 targets the space and the outlet 26 has a shape fitting to the space so that the molten resin runs from the runner 22 of the mold 20 to the space and is roll-formed with the two rollers 32 and 34. A cutting unit 40 is located downstream of the roll forming unit 30 and cuts the roll-formed resin to produce a plurality of wedge-shaped plates 42.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for a sphere movement route that acquires data close to an actual movement state of a sphere.SOLUTION: The measuring method for a sphere movement route includes: preparing an operation unit and a triaxial accelerometer C; connecting the triaxial accelerometer C and the operation unit to each other; transmitting data measured by the triaxial accelerometer C to the operation unit; placing the triaxial accelerometer C inside an object O to be measured; defining spatial coordinates of three X, Y and Z axes by the triaxial accelerometer C; confirming initial positions of the three axes during first measurement; confirming comparison positions during second measurement, and transmitting data to the operation unit. Further, the measuring method for a sphere movement route includes: comparing angles between the comparison positions and initial positions of the respective three X, Y and Z axes; and calculating acceleration data after reception of force in axial directions of the three X, Y and Z axes, vectors of components of force in the respective axial directions, and gyrating force on the respective axes. Furthermore, the measuring method for a sphere movement route includes finding data on at least one of an initial speed, a flight time, a flight altitude, a flight distance, and a gyrating speed of the object O to be measured based upon acceleration values in the three axial directions, and the weight and size of the object O to be measured.

The driven unit 70 is connected to the second rotary unit 50 such that the swing can be performed, and has the force reception ball 90. The force reception ball 90 operates by external force, and a three-dimensional position of the force reception ball 90 can be converted in relation to the fixed unit 10. A distance and a direction of the simulated force reception ball 90 can be estimated by a sensing unit of the force reception ball 90 and a data processing module.

    • The wrist guard can be secured to the hand and wrist by a single strap, to provide protection to the hand and wrist. A rigid palm pad, removably attached to the guard over the palm, protects against impact and abrasion. A relatively stiff or substantially rigid support member is removably attached to the guard on the back of the hand and wrist to prevent backward flexion of the hand while permitting forward flexion. The hand and back of the wrist remain exposed for breathability. A flexible strap across the back of the forearm cushions the arm from the support during a fall. The support member includes a flexible rim across the top, across the back of the hand, to cushion the hand from the support during a fall. The guard is modular in nature such that the guard can be used without the support member when less protection is required or when less bulk and weight is desired. The palm pad and support member can be removed to facilitate cleaning of the guard. The guard can be worn with a wrist watch with the watch face visible to the user.
